We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business plans. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICA Venture Architects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Professional Advice Disclaimer

While we provide professional consulting services, our advice should not be considered as legal, financial, or tax advice unless explicitly stated. Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate licensed professionals for specific legal, financial, or tax matters.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate service agreements in accordance with contract terms

Clients may terminate services in accordance with their service agreement terms.
